SolarBond High temperature is a one-part, non-slumping 100% silicone sealant / adhesive. It cures when it is exposed to moisture in the air to form a tough rubbery seal.
SolarBond HT High temperature was formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from –65°C to 260°C (-85°F to 500°F) under continuous operating conditions. During intermittent exposure, SolarBond HT will withstand temperatures as high as 316°C (600°F
Applications
SolarBond HT is ideally suited for sealing and bonding high temperature terminations within a SolarClad system where Stainless Steel end caps are used and heat trace cabling encapsulations. It is also used in applications for other critical bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulating and protective coatings where parts must perform at high temperatures.
